How does the process work?

You send us the final version of the document to be translated and we prepare a quote and delivery date. If you accept the quote and delivery date, we get started on the translation and related review. We assiduously meet all deadlines set. 

How do you determine quotes?

Quotes are made based, inter alia, on the technical difficulty of the job at hand, the urgency required (if any) and the volume of work to be translated. From this, we offer a quote tailored to the job and your needs. 

How long does it take?

Our client-based approach drives us to find solutions to your needs and we strive at all times to meet those needs as they arise. But let's remember that rush work doesn't always go unnoticed. 

Do you subcontract translations?

Since we're not a translation agency and offer a specialised product, we can only guarantee the quality of our own work, and not that of other translators. You work with us and we work with you directly...intermediaries don't fit well into that equation. 

Do you translate other languages?

As mentioned above, we're not a translation agency and so can only guarantee the quality of the work we ourselves perform in English and Spanish. However, we're happy to help our clients find solutions for other languages.

Do you provide sworn translations?

Yes, we can provide you with sworn translations.
